Please read these terms carefully before using the Mindolify application. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Not Medical Advice
Mindolify is a digital companion for self-guided wellness. It does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical therapy, or professional psychiatric care.
Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor, go to the nearest hospital emergency department, or call the emergency services immediately.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use Mindolify for its intended purpose of personal mental wellbeing. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or access our proprietary source code.
- Exploit API endpoints or bypass security mechanisms to scrape data or overwhelm our servers.
- Use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly abusive content towards the AI companion.
3. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Mindolify is currently a beta service and may experience occasional outages for maintenance or scaling. We are not liable for any distress caused by the temporary unavailability of the companion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.
